There was no way to determine profitability or optimize the asset prior to this (ParkChamp) technology. ParkChamp is laser focused on increasing revenue for owners and brought in a new customer base that we did not have access to.

Surprisingly easy to use
I was thoroughly impressed by the user friendly app and how responsive it is to scanning and it opening the doors/gates promptly. I needed to contact support and they were also very quick to respond and went above and beyond for me.

Excellent app and service
The app, notifications and account management from ParkChamp is consistently excellent. That a human - and a kind human - is available to assist if something goes wrong (rarely) is amazing for any service app, but even more so for a parking management service, especially given the service level for other companies in Calgary.
