Yes, you need to have a valid daily or houry reservation in order to park at any ParkChamp lots.

Instant reservations allow you to pull up to the parkade, scan and park without having to pre-book your parking. This feature is set to hourly reservations by default. In order to use instant reservation for daily parking (with in and out privilges) please go to Menu > and turn "Enable instant daily sessions" toggle to ON. Please ensure that the parkade is not full when using the instance reservation option.

To make a reservation, tap on the location you want to park at on the map, then choose daily or hourly option and follow the app instructions from there. Please see our Instagram's page highlights to see a step-by-step process.

Yes, you can book as far as 2 weeks in advance! Please tap on the calendar icon located on the top of the app screen, choose the day you want to park and book! Please see our Instagram's page highlights to see a step-by-step process.

Yes, as long as you have purchased a daily parking session.

Hourly reservations can be purchased on the day of parking only. Hourly sessions are charged by the minute from the time you enter the parkade and stop charging when you leave the parkade. Hourly reservations have a minimum charge of $0.50. There is no need to top up time or guess how long you are parking for. The hourly sessions pre-authorize for the daily parking rate amount, then the actual amount is calculated after you leave the parkade. Hourly sessiosn do not exceed the daily rate of the parkade.

No, the hourly session will only be charged when you enter the parkade. You can book an hourly session to reserve your stall in advance (the day of) without any worry.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation as long as it is not the day of the reservations. Reservations can be cancelled up to 11:59PM the day before. There is a $1.36 processing cancellation fee applied to each cancellation.

You can call us right from the app and our support team can reset the app should you accidently make an error on your reservation.

If your app tells you to “Enable location services” when you try to lift the barrier, you did not grant access to your location on ParkChamp app. Please make sure access is enabled by following these steps:


  1. Leave the ParkChamp app and go to your iPhone's Settings.

  2. Tap Privacy > Location Services.

  3. Scroll down and tap ParkChamp.

  4. Select “While Using the App” to choose location access.


  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.

  2. Tap Location. If you don't see the option, it might be inside a menu; for example, on Samsung phones, Location is inside the Privacy and safety menu.

  3. You'll most likely see a list of apps that recently requested your location. Tap the ParkChamp app (If you do not see ParkChamp app, press “App-level permissions”, find ParkChamp and tap the switch to “on”).

  4. Tap Permissions.

  5. Tap the switch next to “Your location” to turn it on.

The ParkChamp support number is displayed on the sticker placed at the entrance and exit. When you call ParkChamp, we assist in opening the doors remotely. For other non access inquires like license plate change, cancellations etc, tap on “I need help with my reservation”

You can also call support from various buttons in the app:

  1. Use “Tap for emergency assistance” located in the Menu to be instantly connected with ParkChamp; or

  2. “Tap for assistance” when accessing or leaving the parkade; or

  3. “HELP” icon in “Reservation details”.
